Originally from the Midwest, I moved to Southern

California in 1992. I earned a broker's license

and have been a full-time Realtor for over

30 years.


I've sold hundreds of properties, concentrating

primarily on upper-end homes and land. I've

financed transactions, including trust and 

probate, to complicated lease-options and 1031
